Modifying your trip
If trip date or time needs to be changed, please call up to one week ahead to modify your trip without any extra cost.
There will be a $5 administrative fee charged for each modification made within one week from your travel date.
Cancellation policies
Any passenger who cancels will not be issued a refund; they will, however, receive a credit for future travel with our company, in the full amount that was paid for the reservation, minus a $10 cancellation fee. This credit will be good for up to a year and can be used by any member of the passenger's family. If the passenger does not call to cancel, they will not receive anything back.
Flight Delays- FCT understands that flight delays and cancellations do occur. It is your responsibility to notify FCT if your flight plans change. FCT "DOES NOT" track flights. It your flight is delayed or cancelled, you need to call our office to reschedule your trip. You will be placed on our next available shuttle.
Luggage Policies
Each passenger is allowed two suitcases up to 50lb with an overall size (L+W+H) less than 55"and one 1 carry-on less than 25 lbs. Additional or oversized suitcases are assessed a fee of $10.00 per bag and accepted only on space availability.
International Traveler Allowance for an additional fee of $5. Two bags with weight less than 70 lbs and overall size (L+W+H) less than 62", 1 carry on less than 25 lbs.
Masters Season Changes
Please note that during the period of Masters' Week, schedules and fares may be different.
There may also be other changes, during this time, regarding our policy to reservation cancellation and modifications.
If you are making reservations for that period, make sure that you call our office for up-to-date and current information.
