Q. What happens if I miss my flight, or my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A. You need to contact the office ASAP in order to be moved to the next AVAILABLE shuttle. Understand that it is your responsibility to contact the office.

Q. Can you offer lower fares to groups?
A. We offer group rates please have your itinerary available when calling in order to receive the best rate.
Q. What is airport shuttle?
A. We are a reservation service that use either 7 pax or 15 pax vans. We do however understand the stress of traveling so by making a reservation in advance that will help reduce that pressure.
Q. Where will you pick me up?
A. At your home, work, hotels or where you need us.
Q. What Airports do you service?
A. Hartsfield Atlanta, Columbia Metro Airport, Charleston SC, Bushfield, Augusta GA. Charlotte Douglas, NC- We also service all the AMTRAK locations in this area.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Q. What about Masters Week - Apr. 6 - Apr. 16 - What are rates?
A. Call the office for current rates and availability of shuttles before making reservation.
Q. How long will you wait for me after my designated p/u time has surpassed?
A. We will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after your pick up time i.e if your pickup time is 10:30 we will wait until 10:45 before leaving. If you miss your departure you will be moved to the next AVAILABLE shuttle.
Q. Do you offer Private Sedan Service?
A. Yes Call the office for information.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We do not offer refunds, however we will offer you a credit (minus a 10.00 cancellation fee) good for 1 year to be used by you or anyone you wish to share it with.
Q. How soon should I make a reservation?
A. As soon as you have your flight details.
